Jenna Fischer

Regina Marie Fischer (born March 7, 1974), [2] is an American actress. She is most famous for her role as Pam Beesly in The Office (2005-2013). For her role she was nominated 2007 for the Primetime Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Comedy Series. Her husband Lee Kirk directed the film which Fischer also co-produced. In the NBC comedy-drama You, Me and the Apocalypse she also played Rhonda McNeil. Fischer also appeared on Splitting Up Together (2018-2019). Fischer is currently the co-host of the podcast Office Ladies.Fischer's first book, The Actor's Life: A Survival Guide released in November 2017 Fischer was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Her mother, Anne (nee Miller), is a history teacher and her father, James E. Fischer, is an engineer. There is a younger sister, Emily, a third grade teacher. The first time she performed was at the age of 6, when she was a participant in an acting class led by her mother at Henry School in St. Louis and was hosted by actor Sean Gunn, with whom she was raised. She attended Pierremont Elementary School in Manchester, Missouri and Nerinx Hall High School, which is a Catholic private all-girls Catholic school situated in Webster Groves. 9 She holds an undergraduate degree in Arts in the field of theater and an additional minor in journalism from Truman State University, where she was initially enrolled as a pre-law history major
